The steps
Once your episode has been edited, there are a few steps that must be completed to get your episode out into the world. To save you time, here is the list of features on offer for this area:

The process

SEO'd Title and tags -using Tubebuddy (keep in mind Tubebuddy accounts cannot be shared, so if you decide to upload videos to YouTube on a regular basis, it would be prudent to invest in a Tubebuddy account, they are very affordable, especially for start up podcasts!)

Shownotes must be created from the guest bio and their site & social handles. It should be noted that adding show notes to a video such as on YouTube will differ slightly in that there is a formula to help the site's algorithm recognize and push your video.

Pro tip #1: Once the episode has been scheduled remember to send a thank you email to the guest, send them the link and remind them that if they enjoyed the content, to like, share on their own socials, and follow your podcast! This is a great way to grow your listenership base because the guest has established a relationship with you.
Pro tip #2: Remember that scheduling and shownotes are important. To make life easier, it is best to obtain some sort of bio straight from the guest, along with a photo they like! Once obtained, this can be used to create a great set of shownotes (along with their social tags and your own) within the space allowances of the aggregator!
